What you need
The 90-Minute Plan
Learn the basic cascade: balls cross in an X pattern. Left hand throws, right hand throws, left throws. Peak at eye level
Toss one ball from left hand to right hand at eye level. Catch easily. Do 50 times. Perfect the arch and consistency
Hold 2 balls in left hand, 1 in right. Toss left ball first. When at peak, throw right ball underneath. Catch. Repeat 20 times
Hold 2 left, 1 right. Toss left ball. At peak, toss right ball. At its peak, toss left ball again. Catch. Continue pattern
Practice continuously without stopping. Build from 10-catch record to 50, then 100. Gradually increase speed. Make it automatic
Focus on consistent throw height and timing, not catching. Throws determine ease of catches
